Desecrator – Monsters with this affix creates pools of reddish void beneath the player.

Fire Chains – Monsters with this affix will have chains imbued with fire in between the monsters. The player who gets near these chains will get damaged over time.

Health Link - Monsters with this affix share the damage taken by one of the monsters with this affix to all the other monsters in the group with health link.

Molten – Monsters with this affix leave trailing pools of lava when walking. The pools of lava deal damage over time to any player who passes by them. When killed, these monsters also leave time bombs which explode after a few seconds dealing quite a big amount of damage in an area. They deal fire damage and have higher fire resistance. These are like your fire enchanted monsters in Diablo 2 with permanent blaze.

Nightmarish - Monsters with this affix have a chance to fear players when they attack leaving the player to run away from the monster and temporarily being unable to use skills.
